Gold Crown Carnival

The Gold Crown Carnival is back! Taking place across 10 days from the 18th of March to the 28th. This year it will incorporate 6 action packed race meetings. These are:

  • Wed 18th (6pm – 9pm) – Gold Tiara Heats and Mares Graduate Heats / Gold Tiara Barrier Draw Night
  • Fri 20th – Gold Crown Heats and C&G’s Graduate Heats / Family Night and Gold Crown Barrier Draw Night
  • Sun 22nd. Nutrien Gold Crown Yearling Sale
  • Mon 23rd – Honouree Heats, Gold Chalice Heats and Gold Bracelet Heats / All Abilities Day
  • Wed 25th – B class meeting / Local Legends Night
  • Fri 27th – 2YO & 3YO Minor Consolations & Gold Coronet
  • Sat 28th – Gold Crown Finals Night
Social Events:
An awesome Calcutta event on our Yearling sale day, Sunday 22nd.
 
We host All Abilities Day here at the club on Monday the 23rd. It kicks off at 11am and racing starts around 1pm. A great concept which engages with the community.
 

Also, on the calendar this year we have The Local Legends Night that will include our B Class meeting on Wednesday 25th. 

The Honouree Dinner at the Bathurst RSL will be held Thursday 26th. Get there by 6pm for start.

 
Ladies Day – TBC. A great place to build connections with businesses in Bathurst. 
Gold Crown Finals Night:
 The biggest and best night of the carnival.

Buses:
Continuous shuttle buses will be running from the courthouse in the centre of town to the club throughout the evening on our big nights.
